The process remains similar for both the Loan Officer (LO) and the processor. For the processor, we simply require logins to get going. Our fee will be incorporated into the initial Loan Estimate (LE), and the invoice sent to title, which will be addressed during the closing process. We are readily available, operating as usual processors do, and just a phone call away. 

Here at Contract Processing Team - we are paid on a per-loan basis (just like you are,) which can be more cost-effective than maintaining a full-time employee.  This provides flexibility without having to scale up or down with the market fluctuations, giving consistency using our team for your support. 

 The positive aspect is that nearly every online broker utilizes a similar system, if not the same. We have experience with systems such as Encompass, Point, Byte, Simple Nexus, etc. Moreover, we've sent loans to major entities like Rocket, UWM, PRMG, Kind Lending, NewRez, The Lending Store and the top non QM companies . In the event that we encounter a system we're not yet familiar with, no stress, we're quick learners.
